Focused Teaching Effective In Making Kids Give Back

The key to raising philanthropy-minded children is to provide focused, intentional teaching by talking about charity.

According to a 2013 study for the United Nations Foundation, Indiana researchers used data from 2002-2003 and 2007-2008, which found that both boys and girls were more likely to give back if their parents talked to them about it, regardless of their age, family income or ethnicity.
