The Special Olympics charity, in its preparation for next summer's World Games in Los Angeles, is launching a new campaign that, according to The New York Times, will turn a red ball into a symbol of tolerance and acceptance.
The charity also seeks to raise awareness of the Special Olympics Unified Sports program, which emboldens indivudals with and without intellectual disabilities to participate in athletics together.
