Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake joined the members of the Baltimore City Food Policy Task Force in announcing 10 key recommendations for increasing demand for and access to healthy food options in the city.

Studies show that nearly 14% of low income Baltimore families are experiencing food insecurity, which is defined as lack of access to enough food for an active and healthy lifestyle.
