MIT PhD Candidate Contributes Mathematics Books to Turkish Library

MIT holder of doctorate, Derya Akkaynak Yellin, has bestowed a stack of mathematical documents such as books and journals to Nesin Mathematics Village's new library in Şirince, Turkey.

A native of Turkey, Yellin found a way to give back to the village of Şirince when she discovered in the Nesin Foundation's newsletter about the construction of the new library.
