The Community Foundation of Tahlequah has recently announced that for this year, it seeks to give preferential consideration to grants targeting children, education, community wellness and quality-of-life projects in the community.

To this effect, the foundation has tasked its seven board members to meet quarterly to discuss the needs of the community.
