Aurora University's planned STEM Partnership School got a big boost from the Aurora-based Dunham Fund which awarded the school a $2.35 million capital grant and Tellabs Foundation, an arm of the Naperville-based network equipment provider Tellabs with a $200,000 award.
The STEM Partnership School of Aurora University campus is initially planned for about 200 students from the Aurora East, Aurora West, Indian Prairie and Oswego school districts.
