The Literacy Council of Tyler in Tyler, Texas has received a $50,000 grant from the Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy to support the Family Learning Center of Tyler.

The grant will be used to support 16 children at the Family Learning Center of Tyler. The children will receive high quality pre-school education and pre-literacy education; while their parents are learning to speak, read, and write English.
