Local nonprofit organizations as well as government agencies have been invited by the Morris Hospital Foundation to apply from its community healthcare/wellness grant program. The requested grant will be used to support numerous safety and health initiatives for local schools and nonprofit agencies, as well as provide lifesaving equipment and training for area rescue squads.
The grant offered by the Foundation will also support the Morris Hospital service area including 18 communities in Grundy County and parts of Kendall, La Salle, Livingston and Will Counties in order to cater the healthcare and wellness needs of individuals.
