The UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation offers financial relief to those families whose children's medical costs are not covered or fully covered by their own insurance plan. The top 5 conditions that have been treated at the UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation were hearing loss, autism, speech and developmental delays as well as diabetes.
The foundation enables every family to be given up to $5,000 per child. The recipients eligible for the grant are those families that are covered by a private health insurance plan and the child must be 16 years old or younger.
