$1.03 Million in Grants from Entergy Charitable Foundation

Over sixty nonprofit groups have been chosen to receive $1.03 million in grants given by the Entergy Charitable Foundation in the first of three planned award cycles for 2012.

The foundation has a goal of supporting initiatives that help create and sustain thriving communities, with a special focus on low-income initiatives as well as educational and literacy programs and efforts to protect the environment.
