Grants from Eastview Community Foundation

The Eastview Community Foundation awarded more than $65,000 for 105 scholarships to members of the Eastview High School class of 2012 and more than $20,000 in grants to Eastview community schools, for academic, arts and athletics programs.

This year's recipients are: Oak Ridge Elementary (E Readers for students), Highland Elementary (New studio), Scott Highlands Middle School Community Garden), Scott Highland Middle School (Kindle Fires for Math Curriculum), Eastview High School (Math Tutoring) and Eastview High School (Reading Literacy Class for Challenged Readers).
