The Community Foundation for Monterey County held a ribbon-cutting and open house to celebrate its expanded Salinas office and launch the Center for Nonprofit Excellence.

The David and Lucile Packard Foundation $207,000 grant will partially support the Center for Nonprofit Excellence's 2012 offerings, including $114,000 to be re-granted to local nonprofits to explore ways to work together to achieve greater efficiencies and effectiveness.
