More than $50,000 from Community Foundation of Greater Sun City Center

The Community Foundation of Greater Sun City Center has recently awarded more than $50,000 in grants to seven nonprofit groups in South Shore.

The Hope Fund for Children of Bethune Park received the highest amount of $20,000 to fund summer activities no longer funded by Hillsborough County while the South County Career Center had $295 for its Teen Parent Club to provide transportation to family-enrichment events, including the Lowry Park Zoo.
