AmeriCares and GE Foundation for Health Care Services

The GE Foundation has supported AmeriCares in expanding access to health care for low-income and uninsured Americans through a $700,000 grant. There will be more free clinics nationwide and an initiative to help clients with chronic illnesses.

The GE Foundation of the General Electric Company focus on the areas of education, health, the environment, public policy, human rights and disaster relief.
